I don't think so. This time eztv made a mistake.
The actual size of 24-Redemption.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION.mkv is 2.19 GB.

mkv is the best compression format available today... As the title of the torrent mentions it is 720p HDTV... Just had it and the quality is EXCELLENT !!! with 400mb only....
